Food and Beverage Supervisor

Duties:
- Oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations, including restaurant, bar, and banquet services
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control measures
- Train and supervise staff to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency
- Collaborate with culinary team to create innovative menus and dishes
- Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests

Skills:
- Bartending: Proficient in mixing and serving a variety of beverages
- Culinary: Knowledge of food preparation techniques and menu planning
- Supervising: Ability to lead and motivate a team of staff members
- Kitchen Management: Experience in overseeing kitchen operations, including food production and sanitation
- Hospitality Management: Understanding of the principles of hospitality management, including guest service, employee relations, and financial management
- Restaurant Management: Familiarity with restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house procedures
- Cash Handling: Ability to accurately handle cash transactions and maintain financial records
- Cook: Experience in cooking a variety of dishes to meet customer preferences
- Coffee: Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and specialty coffee offerings
- Food Production: Understanding of food production processes, including portion control, quality assurance, and food safety standards
